Katie Rose Weir, aged 25 and originally from Dublin, graduated from the esteemed Urdang Academy in 2022, where she trained in professional musical theatre and dance.

Theatre credits include Cover Laurey/Ensemble (Oklahoma!), Marie (Where Eagles Fly), World of Musicals (Australia & New Zealand), Beauty and the Beast (The Lark Concert Hall), Snow White (National Stadium), The Mikado (National Concert Hall), Les Misérables (The Helix), Bugsy Malone (National Concert Hall), Oliver! (Bord Gáis Energy Theatre), Annie (National Concert Hall) and Oliver! (National Concert Hall). Credits while training include Urinetown (Little Becky Two Shoes), James and the Giant Peach (James) and Titanic (Kate McGowan).

Workshops include Tiny The Musical (Dublin) and A Better Place (Belfast, Philadelphia, Washington DC). Television credits include Spooky Stakeout (RTÉ) and The Take (Sky), with adverts for Deliveroo, Bord Gáis, Londis and McDonald's, and music videos for The Coronas (All The Others) and Sinéad O'Connor (8 Good Reasons).

Tours include Peace Proms UK & Ireland as soloist and The World of Musicals across Australia and New Zealand as soloist. She has also performed as lead production vocalist aboard the Viking Neptune.
